Deposit $175 All services require a $175 deposit to retain our services and commence your search. This deposit can be used against your placement fees but is non refundable. We do this to ensure we can better serve you by focusing our resources on families seriously committed to finding a caregiver.

Local nanny placements (full time and part time) 7.5% of the candidate’s annual salary. to be paid as follows: $175 deposit, $375 upon selection of the nanny and the balance is due when the nanny starts working with your family. 

Live-in Nannies $1495 to be paid as follows: $175 deposit, $375 upon selection of a candidate, the balance is due when the candidate receives their Canadian work Visa and books their travel to Canada.

Temporary Placements $100 per week. Payment is due when the offer of employment is made and accepted by the Nanny.

Document processing $695 to be paid upon submission to Service Canada. This is when you find your own nanny and need the Service Canada requirements and paperwork completed, and a contract for your nanny.

Nanny Share $100 additional fee.

Management Services $500 (2 year term) Access to our consultants for ongoing support: employment standards, workers compensation, vacation, travelling, performance management, best practices, forms and discipline. This service is complimentary for employers who use our placement services.

Contract Renewal $60 Contract renewal for your nanny or caregiver.
